Section 1 — Access and Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a minor dependent, you confirm that you have the legal authority and consent to allow such access on a device you own, purchase or manage.
These Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use by consumers only (B2C). Any use of the Services for commercial resale, professional purchasing or business purposes is not permitted without our prior written consent.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. AUREVONY reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We must receive and successfully process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order has been accepted, we may be unable to accommodate modification or cancellation requests. In the event that we do not accept, modify or cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
All purchases are subject to our Return Policy, available on our website.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 — Prices and Billing
All prices displayed on our store are in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, or shipping and handling fees. Any applicable taxes and fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required by law.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
AUREVONY ships worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs are communicated at checkout and in your order confirmation. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, border controls, force majeure events, or any circumstances outside our reasonable control. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss or damage passes to you.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.
For international shipments, you may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely your responsibility and are not included in the price paid to AUREVONY. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are uncertain about applicable charges.
Section 6 — Consumer Rights — European Union
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you benefit from mandatory consumer protections under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and other applicable EU regulations, which cannot be waived by these Terms of Service.
In particular, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase made on our store within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. Our commercial return policy of 30 days is more favourable and takes precedence, subject to the eligibility conditions set out in our Return Policy.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as limiting or excluding any rights you hold as a consumer under applicable EU or French law, including but not limited to the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

AUREVONY's name, logo, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks of SASU IDEVASION. Shopify's name, logo and related trademarks are the property of Shopify Inc. All other trademarks visible on the Services belong to their respective owners.
Unauthorised use of any content from the Services may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

AUREVONY is powered by Shopify, which provides the technical infrastructure enabling us to operate our store. However, all sales and purchases made through our Services are made directly with SASU IDEVASION (trading as AUREVONY). Shopify is not a party to any transaction between you and AUREVONY and is not responsible for any aspect of such transactions, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products. By using the Services, you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims arising from your transactions with AUREVONY.

We are under no obligation to maintain your Feedback in confidence, compensate you for it, or respond to it. We reserve the right to moderate, edit or remove any Feedback that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or in violation of any third-party rights or these Terms.

For consumers residing in the European Union: In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution, you may submit a complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
For consumers residing in France: In accordance with Articles L616-1 and R616-1 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to refer your dispute free of charge to a certified consumer mediator. After first contacting us and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 60 days, you may contact a competent mediator. Details of the applicable mediation body will be provided upon request or displayed on our website.
Section 21 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For consumers residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the protection of mandatory consumer law provisions applicable in your country of residence, which cannot be overridden by these Terms.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nice, France, except where applicable consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
Section 22 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Section 23 — Waiver and Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SASU IDEVASION regarding your use of the Services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
